Katie M.

Katie M. has been with Cascade Cosmetic and Family Dentistry since 2000. She attended Olympia Career Training Institute, earned her Diploma in Dental Assisting and her Certificate of Radiography. Katie is very busy in her off time as she is currently in training for her EMT certification and will be taking state boards soon. She continues to provide patients with outstanding care, service and knowledge. One of Katie’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her children. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and going camping.

Donna M.

Donna M. has over 30 years of experience in the dental field both as a dental assistant and front desk coordinator. She enjoys making your dental experience a pleasant one. Donna has a great knowledge of dental insurance benefits and is able to answer most of your insurance questions. Donna is married to Dave and together they have 2 children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys camping, hiking, quilting and knitting.

Ashley E.

Ashley E. graduated from Grand Rapids Community College and has practiced dental hygiene with Dr. Haack since 2010. Ashley loves her job and does her best to give her patients a positive and comfortable experience while helping them achieve the best dental health possible. She currently resides in Kentwood with her fiancé, Dave, and a spoiled German Shepard named Bella. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys many outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with all her loved ones.

Lindsey D.

Lindsey D. is our dental assistant and joined the practice in 2011. She received her Diploma of Dental Assisting at RDH in Troy, Michigan and also has her Certification in Radiography. Lindsey has been an assistant for 8 years and enjoys it very much. She especially enjoys establishing relationships with all her wonderful patients. In her free time, she likes being with her family and friends and volunteering at the Humane Society.
